
William Reynolds received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario in 1974.
His paintings, drawings and photographs are represented in major private and corporate collections throughout Canada and the United States including those of the Toronto Dominion Bank, Bell Canada, Mutual Life, Coopers and Lybrand, IBM, the Canadian Photo Centre Library, Corel Corporation, Tourism Canada, the University of Guelph and Wilfrid Laurier University.
In 1993, Canada Post issued an Algonquin Centennial postage stamp employing the use of a Reynolds photograph.
He has authored several books, including Seasons of Light: Images of Ontario (McCelland and Stewart, Toronto, 1988) and has contributed to several publications (The New York Times, Reader's Digest). He has also worked as an instructor of Fine Arts at the University of Guelph and Wilfrid Laurier University and as an instructor of Photography at Loyalist College. His work has been presented in various one-man and group exhibitions and he has been the recipient of several grants from the Ontario Arts Council. He is included in the Canadian Who's Who.
